Corporate Administrator


Magnumserve Corporate Services based in Limassol, is currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join its Corporate Department.


Job Description:


• Managing portfolio of clients and day-to-day operations of the clients;

• Preparation of various corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, agreement, powers of attorneys, registers, letters etc.);

• Arranging for execution, certification, apostil and legalization of documents;

• Working with Registrar of Companies including preparation of HE forms and necessary applications;

• Liaison with Inland Revenue and other government authorities.


Required Qualifications:


• University/College diploma in Secretarial or associated subjects;.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;

• Good knowledge of Computer and MS office applications;

• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, team player.

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language;

• Fluent knowledge of the Russian language.


Pay and Benefits:


• An attractive package including 13th salary will be offered to the successful candidate according to experience and qualifications;

• Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience;

• 21 days annual leave.
